Tashikani Skincare Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Tashikani Skincare, we are dedicated to providing our clients with rejuvenating spa experiences. To ensure the smooth operation of our spa and to accommodate the needs of our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1 Cancellation Notice:
- We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or modifications to your scheduled appointment.
1.2 Cancellation Fee:
- Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of their service amount. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid before rescheduling any future appointments.
1.3 Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive late for your appointment, please understand that your treatment time may be reduced to avoid inconveniencing clients with scheduled appointments following yours. You will still be charged the full price for the originally scheduled service.
2. Rescheduling Policy:
2.1 Rescheduling Notice:
- We are pleased to accommodate rescheduling requests, but we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice to make changes to your appointment. We will do our best to find a new suitable time for your treatment.
2.2 Frequent Rescheduling:
- Clients who frequently request rescheduling or make last-minute changes to their appointments may be required to prepay for their treatments to secure future bookings.
3. No-Shows:
- A no-show is when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. Clients who no-show for appointments may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service amount or may be asked to prepay for future bookings.
4. Group Bookings and Packages:
- For group bookings and spa packages, we require a minimum of 48 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Group bookings may have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Contact Information:
- It is essential to keep your contact information up-to-date with us. We may need to reach you to confirm appointments or provide important updates.
6. Refunds:
- Our spa services are non-refundable. In the event of a dispute, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include rescheduling or offering spa credit.
